This blog is to share my experimental attempts at using films in classroom for literary studies. I have always had a passionate interest in Films. I am happy that i have been able to use films to teach English Literature.  It has been a very interesting venture to use them also for Literary Critical Studies. Recently i experimented teaching Ecocriticism and Postcolonialism and i found that both teaching and learning were very effective and the results have been very encouraging.

I have also encouraged my students to participate in discussions based on their viewing. They can post their views here
